Personal belonging are not allowed to be taken inside the Library. It should be deposited at the Property Counter and should be collected back on the same day otherwise Library will not be responsible for any loss. <\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Members can take their personal books into library after necessary checking by library staff.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"admi_subtitle\"><span data-text-color=\"success\">Library Discipline<\/span><\/h1>\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" style=\"width:100px;height:1px;\"><\/div><!-- .divider -->\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"gap-element\" style=\"display:block; height:auto; padding-top:10px\" class=\"clearfix\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Readers should handle the library reading material very carefully and should not damage (writing, Marking &#038; Tearing books) <\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Failing to do so \/damage library material or property, the person concerned shall be liable to pay the replacement cost. In addition, his membership may be cancelled at the discretion of the Librarian.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Members are expected to maintain strict silence and conduct themselves with dignity to maintain atmosphere for study and research.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Library members should not misbehave with library staff.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Library reading material can\u2019t be taken out without getting it properly issued.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Members have to maintain complete silence in the Library (do not talk or discus, use of cell phone\/Head Phone\/I-pod etc.. is strictly prohibited).<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Short pants \/ Bermuda, eatable &#038; cold drinks are not allowed in the library premises.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"admi_subtitle\"><span data-text-color=\"success\"> Loan Privilege <\/span><\/h1>\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" style=\"width:100px;height:1px;\"><\/div><!-- .divider -->\n<blockquote>\n<p>On appointment as full time faculty or administrative staff he\/she automatically become a member of the Library.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><strong>Faculty\/ Administrative Staff <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" style=\"width:50px;height:1px;\"><\/div><!-- .divider -->\n<p class=\"lib_para\">-All regular members are eligible for issue three books for a two week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Books belonging to Reserve &amp; Reference Section and Periodicals will not be issued in any condition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Reading material\u2019s overdue charges will be collected as per the library policy.<\/p>\n<h3><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><strong>Conditions of Loan<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" style=\"width:50px;height:1px;\"><\/div><!-- .divider -->\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; An over-due charge of Rs. 3.00 per book, per day will be charged.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Books issued\/loaned can be requested back for repossession by the Librarian at any time.<\/p>\n<h3><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><strong>Loss of Books etc.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" style=\"width:50px;height:1px;\"><\/div><!-- .divider -->\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; In case of loss of library books the reader has to submit new book or pay recent cost of the lost book.<\/p>\n<h3><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><strong>Loss of Library Card<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" style=\"width:50px;height:1px;\"><\/div><!-- .divider -->\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; The loss of library card should be immediately reported to the circulation desk in writing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; On request, duplicate card may be issued within 7 days from the application and for that the member has to pay Rs.50\/- for the duplicate card.<\/p>\n<h3><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><strong>Reservations of Books<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" style=\"width:50px;height:1px;\"><\/div><!-- .divider -->\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Library members can reserve online only 1 books at a time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; The reserved\/ on demand books will not be reissued once returned.<\/p>\n<h3><span data-text-color=\"primary\"><strong>General Rules<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" style=\"width:50px;height:1px;\"><\/div><!-- .divider -->\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; The Library membership card will not be transferable. <\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Any constructive suggestion from readers will be most welcomed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Members will maintain strict discipline and decorum in the library.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; No one should remove newspaper\/ current issues of periodical on display without prior permission.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; No one should enter the counter or use library instruments\/equipment without prior permission.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Members\/ borrowers are requested to check the physical condition of the books before issuing, at the time of returning a damaged book will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211; Members who have over-due charges pending shall not be allowed to issue books or withdraw security deposit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lib_para\">&#8211;
